A llama trekking experience with Golden Valley Llamas is very rewarding. Spend three hours in the company of these charming and inquisitive woolly beasts. Who we are Eastnor Pottery & The Flying Potter was established by ceramic artists Jon Williams and Sarah Monk in 1994. Initially, the Pottery served as a creative space where the couple designed and manufactured individual pots and works of ceramic art. Increasingly Jon & Sarah sought to share their passion and enthusiasm for clay with others, both at the Pottery and in the wider community. h.Art 2019 7 – 15 September 2019 Over 100 venues across the County Herefordshire Art Week is a nine day art trail open to all. Artists, craft-makers and creative businesses open their private studios. Galleries put on special events, whilst groups get together to put on one-off exhibitions, in a wonderful mix of interesting venues across Herefordshire. Since 2002 this county wide art trail has taken place every year in the second week of September. h.Art has become part of Herefordshire’s rich cultural calendar, with a huge variety of art and art forms on show in Open Studios, Group Exhibitions and Gallery Events. Story Space was founded in Herefordshire in 2005 by Carol Florence Graham who is a poet-storyteller, writer, and workshop facilitator. Carol has worked with people from all walks of life in educational and community settings and also with businesses and charities. She has a deep understanding of story and storytelling and about creativity and self-expression. Carol continues to explore the ways that a storied approach can enrich our personal and working lives. Carol has a BA (Hons) in English and American Literature and has qualifications that have deepened her understanding of storytelling, creativity and holistic learning. She teaches Tai Chi Movements for Well-Being and writes, performs and produces her own work. Carol enjoys encouraging and supporting others to develop and use their own voices – both on and off the page. She has worked in many schools across England and Wales, and in 2012 set up Story Play CIC to deliver creative arts programmes in primary schools. One of her stories ‘The Woodcutter’s Tale’ is being published in September 2019 by children’s book publisher Ragged Bears Ltd.
