Vote for your favourite in the Best Christmas Shop Window Awards!
Hereford City Life have kickstarted the festive season with their annual Best Christmas Shop Window Awards in the city centre.
Now in it’s fourth year, the Awards brings together businesses across the city centre as they brighten up their frontages with festive decoration and compete for the title of Best Christmas Shop Window. From papercraft decorations to bold baubles and even a miniature train set, the windows of Hereford’s independent and national businesses are bringing Christmas cheer to the city.
As well as a Facebook vote, you can vote for your favourites via the Christmas Window Competition Trail on LoyalFree. “Bringing people into the city at this time of year is really important, so we’ve created a brand new trail on LoyalFree to encourage visitors to explore the city and show their support for their favourite businesses at the same time,’ said Rhiannon, Marketing Manager for Hereford City Life. She added, “the work the businesses have put in is incredible and best appreciated in person”.
The votes from the trail and Facebook will be combined to decide the winners and runners up for the People’s Choice Award. This will be followed by the Judges’ Choice part of the award, with judging held on the 20 December.
In addition to the Best Christmas Shop Window Awards, keep an eye out for the other fantastic festive activities that Hereford City Life are bringing to the city this December. Enjoy live music, street entertainers and a Golden Gift Card Giveaway on Late Night Shopping nights and on the 18-19 December.
