If you feel you’ve mastered the basics and are looking to take the next step in your bread making, then this is the workshop for you.

Find out how to get a greater depth of flavour in your bread, how to get the crumb you’re after and how to master the art of tackling a really wet dough. We’ll show you how by teaching you the secrets behind our Ledbury Loaf, as well as our award-winning Ciabatta.

We’ll also guide you through a number of different shaping techniques, making sure you can tackle any loaf you choose when back in your own home. Not to mention the chance to make some sticky Chelsea Buns.

You’ll leave armed with a box full of your own real bread, and all the information and recipes you need to recreate your own at home.
