Learn how to make your very own Real Bread from just flour, water, yeast and salt with Peter Cooks Bread.
This hands-on workshop will see you elbow deep in dough as you master the art of kneading, while understanding what’s going on inside your dough. We’ll guide you through the basics, step-by-step, with the grand finale of watching your bread rising in the oven.
And while we’re at it, we’ll explain just what goes into your average supermarket loaf. Be warned, you’ll never want to go back.
Workshops take place in our commercial bakery at The Hop Pocket in Bishop’s Frome.
You’ll leave armed with a box full of your own Real Bread and all the information and recipes you need to recreate it at home.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the day, along with a hearty lunch.
