Bat trapping at Bodenham Lake

Join the Herefordshire Mammal Group (HMG) and Herefordshire Wildlife Trust to enjoy Bat trapping at Bodenham Lake, close to Dinmore Hill near Leominster. Determine the number and species of bats using Bodenham Lake and the river Lugg using mist nets and harp traps to catch them in flight.  All bats caught will be sexed, measured and weighed before they are released.

Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including sturdy footwear.  you are advised to take a hand held torch as well as a head torch and a foldable chair.
