Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Croft Castle

EVENT CANCELLED, PLEASE SEE NATIONAL TRUST STATEMENT HERE AND CHECK INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY WEBSITES FOR UPDATES.

Follow the Little Explorers Bird Spotting trail around Croft Castle, near Leominster and track down the clues as you go and collect your delicious chocolate treat at the end.

Dress up and play games in the castle, go wild in our natural and mini-castle play areas, spot the spring flowers in the gardens and treat yourself in our gift shop and tea-room; every penny spent at Croft goes towards vital conservation projects.

Croft Castle is an historic house, gardens, parkland, orienteering, play areas, wild play, walks, ancient trees, iron age hill fort and above all, family fun. You can walk round the beautiful walled garden, have a bite to eat in the tea room and explore over a thousand acres of parkland. The castle is open for free-flow viewing throughout the day, so you can relax in the rooms, play the piano and even dress up in the family room. The castle tells the story of Croft during the early twentieth century, and you can hear the sounds of the Ludlow Hunt Ball of 1930 and learn about the Croft men who went to war in 1914.

No booking required. Trail is £2.50, normal admission prices apply.
