Visitors are invited to experience a truly enchanting underground adventure this festive season! Deep within the caverns, a magical forest has come to life, where woodland animals are busily preparing for Christmas in their own whimsical ways. Twinkling lights, festive scenes, and charming creatures await around every corner of this subterranean wonderland.

Children will be delighted to meet Father Christmas himself, who will be waiting with a warm smile and a small pre-Christmas gift, lovingly handed out by his cheerful helpers.

After exploring the festive displays, guests can relax 100 feet underground in the cosy Underground Café, serving up steaming hot drinks and irresistible cakes. Above ground, the Lamproom Café offers more treats, light snacks, and a welcoming atmosphere to warm up by a real fire.

Before heading home, visitors can browse the Christmas shop, filled with beautiful decorations, stocking fillers, and unique gifts to make the season even more special.

From 27th to 31st December, the Festive Forest remains open for those who want to soak up the holiday spirit a little longer. While Father Christmas and the Underground Café take a well-earned rest after Christmas Eve, the magical forest displays continue to delight. Wander through ten beautifully decorated caverns, where forest animals have left their festive mark.

Above ground, the Christmas shop and Lamproom Café remain open, offering a cosy retreat with hot drinks, cakes, and a crackling fire to complete your winter adventure.
