Join Gabe Cook, The Ciderologist, for a Cider Dinner on 14 September at The Green Dragon Hotel.

An award-winning global cider expert from Herefordshire, Gabe has worked with cider makers of all sizes, from Ross Cider Co to Bulmers.

He’s dedicated to making, advocating, and enjoying cider. Gabe has authored two books, “Ciderology” and “Modern British Cider,” and helps run the world’s premier cider sommelier (pommelier) program.

You can also catch him as the resident cider expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. For this special evening, Gabe has expertly paired local ciders with a menu designed by our head chef.
