Colourfest

ECHO is organising, a Fun Run with a difference as part of the Leominster Festival on Saturday 4 June.

The Colourfest run will start and finish at Halo Bridge Street Sports Centre. Dressed in white, participants will be able to walk, run, jog, or dance their way through a series of Paint Stations, so that by the time they reach the finishing line, they’ll all be covered in (fully biodegradable) paint – and broad smiles!

The full distance is around 5 km – that’s a little over three miles – but people can choose shorter, easier routes if they prefer. The variety of lengths will make it accessible for all. The event is intended for anyone who fancies enjoying a bit of exercise and a good laugh during the Platinum Jubilee Weekend.

Entry fees, which include a pair of lion’s ears, neon sunglasses, a professional warm-up and plenty of paint, are £10 per adult, £5 for children (children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult) and £25 for a family of four.

Booking is essential.
