Craft Workshops at Queenswood

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust have fantastic new programme of art and craft workshops at Queenswood Country Park & Arboretum for 2018.

• Children’s Willow Workshop on 17th February – Create and take home a range of willow crafts. Choose from: bird feeders, dragonflies, fish, star wands and woven hearts. This workshop is for children aged 7 years and over and children can come accompanied by an adult or unaccompanied
•  Needle Felted Dormice on 23rd February – Needle felt your own dormouse to take home with textile artist Sophie Buckley
• Japanese Woodblock Printmaking Workshops on 24 and 25 March – Japanese woodblock printmaking is a traditional Japanese art form which is low tech and environmentally friendly. We use water-based inks and use chisels to carve onto woodblocks which are then hand-printed using watercolours and Japanese paper
