Dine In The Dark

Dine in the Dark, an immersive culinary experience to awaken the senses.

Put your senses to the test for the return of the exclusive Dine in the Dark evening, this August. Held in The Courtyard’s blacked out studio, Dine in the Dark is an opportunity for guests to put their senses to the test, relying solely on smell, touch and taste to decipher what they are eating.

At the beginning of the evening, guests will be blindfolded and led into the studio to be seated at their tables. Once seated, guests will be able to take their blindfolds off and enjoy a delicious three course meal plus a glass of wine (or alternative drink) in complete darkness.

Dining in the dark was a concept born in the late 90’s and in 2003 Dans le Noir was founded by Edouard de Broglie, a French entrepreneur in partnership with the blind foundation Paul Guinot which became the first international chain of restaurant in the dark.

Now enjoying global success, The Courtyard are delighted to offer the Dine in the Dark experience with a choice of three different menus; meat, fish or vegan.
