Elgar Musical Walks

As the Three Choirs Festival approaches, Hereford Cathedral turn their thoughts to Edward Elgar, who spent many happy years in Hereford.

On two afternoons, Elgar specialists from the Hereford Guild of Mayor’s Guides will lead walks in small groups, pointing out features connected with Elgar’s time in Hereford and playing musical excerpts from his work.

Walk and tea: £16 per member (£18 guests). Tickets must be booked in advance by emailing friends@herefordcathedral.org.
