Equinox Festival

The Equinox Festival is Ross-on-Wye’s first world music and wellbeing event located by the picturesque riverside right next to the River Wye. With an evening of music on Friday 22 September, the live music and wellbeing activities continue on Saturday morning until late.

Friday 22 September: Yoga (3pm); Mindfulness (4pm); N’famady Kouyaté (7pm); DJ Andy Kershaw (9pm). Street food & drink.

Saturday 23 September: Yoga (8am-11am); Border Belles (1.30pm); Forest Thump samba band (2pm); Osian Meilir’s Human Mandala (3pm); DJ Andy Kershaw (6pm); Faith I Branko (7pm); The Turbans (9pm).

Street food & drink plus arts, crafts and wellbeing activities for all abilities, children & adults. The Wye Valley River Festival will return with their arts & crafts workshops and we are excited to host the premiere of a creative collaboration choreographed by Osian Meilir, a Human Mandala, ‘Earth Beneath Our Feet’.

Market stalls selling local and ethical arts, crafts and products and The Jitterbug Circus will keep the little ones entertained whilst you relax nearby.

The Equinox Festival is organised & supported by Ross-on-Wye Town Council and part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
