Our favourite aspiring super-villain, Gru, is growing up in the suburbs. A fanboy of a supervillain supergroup known as the Vicious 6, Gru hatches a plan to become evil enough to join them. Luckily, he gets some mayhem-making back-up from his loyal followers, the Minions.

Enjoy the heart-warming tale of The Railway Children like never before. Follow a group of children who are evacuated to a Yorkshire village during the Second World War, where they encounter a young soldier who, like them, is far away from home.

ERIC RAVILIOUS: DRAWN TO WAR (PG)

The first major feature film about Eric Ravilious, the much loved but hugely underestimated British Official War Artist, killed in a plane crash over Iceland in 1942. Featuring contributions from artists Ai Weiwei and Grayson Perry, writers Alan Bennett and Robert Macfarlane, the film recounts a life as compelling and enigmatic as his art, set against the dramatic wartime locations that inspired him.

With 12 million copies sold worldwide, Delia Owens’ best-selling novel is making its way to the big screen starring Daisy Edgar-Jones (Normal People). Abandoned as a girl, Kya raised herself in the dangerous marshlands of North Carolina. For years, rumours of the marsh girl haunted Barkley Cove, isolating the sharp and resilient Kya from her community. Drawn to two young men from town, she opens herself to a new and startling world. However, when one of them is found dead, Kya immediately becomes the main suspect. As the case unfolds, the verdict as to what happened becomes increasingly unclear, threatening to reveal many secrets.

The latest Irish comedy starring Academy Award winner Olivia Colman (The Favourite, The Father) as Joy, a struggling mother ready to give away her new-born. After an unexpected meeting with a young street urchin, the two head on the run from their problems in a fun and beautiful adventure.

The summer we embark on the story which inspired everybody’s favourite toy, Buzz Lightyear. Buzz embarks on an intergalactic adventure with a group of ambitious recruits and his robot companion, but can they survive an encounter with the evil Emporer Zurg? Lightyear is the perfect action-adventure for families during the holidays.

THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER (12A)

From the hilarious mind behind Jojo Rabbit, Hunt for the Wilderpeople and What We Do In The Shadows comes the latest action adventure. With a star-studded cast, Thor enlists the help of Valkyrie, Korg and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster to fight Gorr the God Butcher, who intends to make the gods extinct.

Fisherman’s Friends: One and All (cert tbc)

Britain’s most loved fishermen are back for an encore! After the highs of performing on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury, the group struggle with their second album. During a divisive tour of South Australia, they will trace their ancestors, embrace a new community and discover their musical DNA.

We’re heading ‘Under The Sea’ with a sing-a-long screening of this Disney classic in our Nell Gwynne Studio! This is the perfect opportunity to introduce the film to those ‘Poor Unfortunate Souls’ who haven’t yet had the chance. Or just watch and enjoy for the 100th time, we get it!

Elvis (12A)

From the Director of Moulin Rouge, Romeo & Juliet and The Great Gatsby comes the long-awaited cinematic story of The King. Starring Austin Butler as Elvis Presley, witness his upbringing, rise to fame and his tumultuous relationship with his agent Colonel Tom Parker.
