Liz has spent the last 10 years gathering and playing with wild food, turning her finds into delicious condiments and seasonings that she sells through Forage Fine Foods.
Liz’s courses are designed to open your eyes to how the commonest of weeds can be transformed into the most exciting, nutritious and sustainable of foods.
Liz and her recipes have featured in national and international publications and television programmes. Her first book was published in Spring 2021.
A three course lunch will be provided.
