The Great Ledbury Celebration on Ledbury High Street is on Sunday 8th July, celebrating Food, Drink, Music, Poetry and Heritage.
Ledbury’s High Street is the place for a town party and food fair celebrating all that’s best in Ledbury on the last day of the Ledbury Poetry Festival.
Food and drink stalls will recall markets of yore lining Ledbury’s historic High Street leading to an entertainment area around the 17th century Market House.
Celebrate the best of scrumptious produce from the Three Counties with 30 food and drink stalls in the High Street featuring food to eat on the spot and to take home to savour.
While you eat and drink be entertained by a mix of music, dance and poetry plus a special drama event. And don’t forget to visit Ledbury’s heritage buildings including the Master’s House (opening specially), the Classic Car display, the art and poetry competition in the 17th century Market House and the children’s “Box of Delights” garden competition. .
Visit www.ledburyfoodgroup.org for the latest information and programme for the day. Public car parks will be open and free – additional parking at John Masefield High School (by donation) and Ledbury Primary School.
