Hereford Big Band Present: Vintage Swing

Hereford’s own community Big Band is a collection of musicians: young and old, students and teachers, experienced pros and enthusiastic amateurs. They meet every week to celebrate their passion for the big band swing sound of the 40s, 50s and 60s.

Amongst a wide repertoire, the band features music by Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Glenn Miller, as well as more recent arrangements by the likes of Paul Anka, Phil Collins and their musical director Pete Fletcher.

With the emphasis on good-time dance and party music!
