Herefordshire Wildlife Trust Wild Birthday Adventure

Spend a day playing in the woods to celebrate Herefordshire Wildlife Trust’s 60th birthday!

Do you sometimes feel a little overwhelmed with chocolate eggs and bunnies? Well this is your chance to immerse your family in nature with the help of our Wild Play experts.

Visit  Queenswood Country park and Arboretum for a Wild Birthday Adventure on 22nd April 2023.

On arrival at the Visitor’s centre, friendly staff will be on hand to make sure you get the most from your day. There will be a host of activities to choose from and you and your nature experts can decide what suits you best. The adventures start from 10am and activities will close at 3.30pm, you can choose to arrive anywhere between these times. The gift shop, visitor centre and adventure playground will be open throughout the day.

• Take time to wander and see the first signs of Spring. ‘Make a Wish for Nature’ by writing a message and decorating our Well Being Garden.
• Choose your slot with our Wild Play experts who will be on hand to help your little ones dive into den building, woodland crafts, exploring the woods and cooking a snack on the fire.
• Visit our cosy yurt where you can enter our ‘Herefordshire Wildlife Trust birthday card competition’ for your chance to win a special prize!

If you are still hungry for more forest fun, Queenswood will be offering half price tickets for their Narnia trail. You can pick these up from the visitors centre on arrival.
