The Joy and Pleasure of Cider with Food is at Castle House Hotel with Tom Oliver – The Herefordian Cider Ambassador.

Cider and Perry is Herefordshire’s liquid gold, so meet Midas: Tom Oliver is the Master Cidermaker at Oliver’s Cider and Perry in Ocle Pychard, Herefordshire. When he’s not on the road, tour managing The Proclaimers, or sharing his unique “minimal intervention wild yeast” cider making style across Europe and America, Tom is making his award-winning cider and perry on his Herefordshire farm.

Tom and Claire Nicholls, Castle House’s Executive head chef, have joined up to create tonight’s
Herefordshire menu that shows the incredible versatility of cider and perry with a selection of delicious dishes.
