Late night shopping and Book Signing at Queenswood
A ‘pop up’ book shop followed by late night shopping where you can find the perfect gift for the wildlife lover in your life and enjoy wine and nibbles at Queenswood.
The evening will include an illustrated short talk from Ian Draycott on ‘Special Wildlife of the Doward’. Ian is Queenswood’s White Rocks Voluntary Warden and naturalist with a special interest in species diversity in most taxonomic groups. He has lived on his current patch of the Doward in south Herefordshire for over 10 years.
Ian is joined by Nic Howes, a local nature enthusiast who has been walking in Herefordshire for more than 40 years. His presentation will cover ‘Wild Walks in Herefordshire.’ After the talk, Nic will be available to sign copies of his popular book, Wild Walks, a collection of walks which takes you through a particular landscape. It includes information on the habitats you may see on your rambles and will be available for purchase on the night.
If you wish to go to the late night shopping only, there is no need to book.
Parking is included for paying attendees.
