- Health & Wellbeing stalls – for you or perhaps a gift for Mother’s Day
- Health Checks available on the day with Talk Wellbeing
- A range of fitness activities and therapiesTalk to the Healthwatch Herefordshire team in their chatty caravan
- Massage and healing sessions with wellness professionals
- Practical tips and interactive sessions on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care- including Yoga, Pilates and Zumba
Plus the Herefordshire Board gamers with their huge range of games for all ages- sit down, chill and focus the mind.
