Movement in Nature

5 days of Dancing, Contact Improvisation, Esctatic Shaking, immersion in nature, bodywork and more.

The focus of this gathering is to return to a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and to other people, and experience the feeling of building community. Together, we will establish an ‘Island of Trust’ where we can embrace and celebrate all that it means to be Human.

Through Orchard Bathing, we will explore our connection to nature; through Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) we explore connection to our body; and together with Contact Improvisation we cultivate a space of presence and awareness. With Contact Improvisation and Shaking, we will connect physically with each other and find more ways to interact, move together and play!

Whether you already have an established dance or movement practice, or you have a desire to develop more experience of moving and connecting, there is something for everyone.

The week will be fully catered with Vegetarian food. We look forward to welcoming you.

Prices start from £390 with your own tent or camping vehicle, (limited Early Bird and Super Early bird tickets are still available for a further reduction!). Other accommodation options are available at extra cost.
