Brought to you by Wye Valley Runners, The Muddy Woody six is a challenging 6 mile trail race through Haugh Woods, Herefordshire.
With a total elevation of approximately 1000ft, MW6 is known for its tough climbs and technical descents. Not to mention the water crossing and the inevitable mud!
