People and Permaculture – Talk and film presentation
The talk will include useful advice on how to manage your garden to benefit wildlife and encourage healthy plants, and will explore what nature has to teach us. While permaculture is often thought of as just gardening and farming methods, it has many more applications for our well-being, effectiveness, community building, social structures, education, health-care and businesses. Nature can help us to create a better world.
Looby Macnamara and Chris Evans, of Applewood Permaculture Centre, have dedicated their lifetime’s work to developing and sharing regenerative solutions for people and the planet. Chris Evans, will explore how permaculture is a way of thinking about ourselves and the world differently.
