Running Scared

Enjoy a frightfully good time this Halloween at Running Scared. This 5K Fright Run, will make you go bump in the night as you face five scare zones and help raise money for St Michael’s Hospice.

The run begins and ends at Hereford Rowing Club where you’ll have access to ample parking, toilets, changing facilities and a host of spooky games and fearsome food.

The course takes you through Hereford city centre, through underpasses, along riversides and over bridges.

Along the route, ‘mad’ marshals will help guide you to your next destination, and every couple of minutes you’ll meet the creatures of our scare zones.

Will you get through unscathed or will they cover you in their messy delights?

The one thing you won’t have to fear is losing your way, as the whole route will be fully signed.

Due to the scare factor, children under the age of 11 are not allowed to take part. Anyone aged 11 – 17 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the route.

Wear your running gear or come dressed in your finest Halloween outfit. Just don’t wear anything you don’t want to get a little messy.

All tickets include entry to the 5K run, plus a bottle of water and a certificate at the finish line.
