Spring Medicine Hideout on 11-14 April at Hellens Manor, Ledbury

Now is the right time to be shaking off the winter slump, making new plans and increasing energy levels.

Over the Hideout you will work with the Detox Food Plan from the Institute For Functional Medicine. No fad diets, days of juicing or feeling deprived over your stay with us. In fact you won’t believe the menu in store for you.

As always all the food is organic, home made and as local and seasonal.

The Detox Food Plan will give you a practical experience of how to refresh your diet after the winter using food to support your body and improve energy.

There will be a combination of movement, breath and meditation practices to gently detox, invigorate and nurture. Morning yoga will combine an easy mixture of flowing movements to soften and stimulate alongside specific practices to strengthen and energise.

Evening yoga will be restorative and more meditative. Soothing the nervous system with a focus on grounding body and mind.
