Rolling into the Weir Gardens is possibly the smallest museum in the world dedicated to natural history.
Tim Kaye from CLaN CIC, with over 25 years’ experience in ecology, will inspire through his enthusiasm and humorous take on the world around us.
Young and old can peer at live invertebrates, skulls, poo, fungi, shells, galls, plants and more from around the United Kingdom. Every draw or cabinet has a story to tell and people are encouraged to feel, look, smell and listen to a cornucopia of items and live specimens.
The tiny museum is an engagement project that reconnects us to the natural world but is big on fun. Normal admission applies.

Bordered by the River Wye, The Weir, which is a National Trust property, sits within unspoilt Herefordshire countryside and has many historical secrets to uncover. For centuries this site has been used as a pleasure ground for fishing, boating and swimming. It is managed in a natural way to create a varied habitat for wildlife.
