This is a Weekend Experience of immersing into healing and restorative self care that will develop, build and strengthen resilience and well being.

This will include exploration of mindful practices, movement and intuitive yoga, wise dowsing for health and healing, being in the energetic and wise rhythms of Nature, discoveries of extraordinary everyday joys and wonders, regular meals, rest and sleep, the connections to restorative sound vibrations that balance and settle your nervous system, reflective and insightful silences and much more.

Hellens Manor, the hidden gem in Herefordshire’s stunning countryside, is the perfect venue to unwind, reset and replenish, set in large and widespread gardens, grounds and woodlands. The Georgian Stable offers comfortable accommodation with three double ensuite rooms, and 7 single rooms with shared with one other bathrooms and collaborative and inviting living spaces.
