‘Two Souls in One’
‘Two Souls in One’- first performance.
Hereford Chamber Choir and the Royal Academy of Music Harp Ensemble, directed by Simon Harper, will give the first performance of a new work by local composer Robert Peate.
Two Souls in One is a musical narrative on the lives of St. Katherine and Hypatia, reflecting their extraordinary connectivity and relevance to the 21st Century.
The concert will take place at 7.30 pm on Saturday 9 November at Holy Trinity Church, HR4 0DF.
The programme will also include Britten’s Ceremony of Carols and Holst’s Hymns from the Rig Veda.
