They have been given an incredible 3-star award by Great Taste, the largest and most trusted food and drink awards on the planet. Two other Gun Dog Gin liqueurs, Rhubarb and Quince, each won 2-star awards as well.
The Great Taste judges’ comments for Damson Gun Dog Gin included ‘gorgeous’, ‘luxurious’, ‘perfect’ and ‘sophisticated’. In summary, ‘a well-crafted damson gin with well-judged sweetness and an expressive damson flavour’.
The Rhubarb Gun Dog Gin liqueur received compliments like ‘a beauty’ and ‘very refreshing and easy to drink!’
The Great Taste judges’ comments for Quince Gun Dog Gin liqueur ranged from ‘delicate and inviting’ to ‘a really beautiful expression of quince in a spirit’.
