Visit the wonderful setting of Hellens Manor in Much Marcle, Herefordshire this year on June 11 & 12 and find the beautiful garden and parklands brought to life. The magnificent Hellens Garden Festival is now in its 10th year and a firm favourite for families, gardeners and general moochers looking for something a little different.
With over 80 exhibitors, walks, talks, music, demonstrations and children’s activities you can expect something for everyone, including guest speakers such as Elizabeth Banks from Hergest Croft Gardens, Heather Gorringe from Wiggly Wigglers and many more.
Children’s activities will include pottery making, face painting and pizza making.
There will be music all weekend from The Fordsons and Slippery Slope will be bringing their unique styles of country, bluesy, foot tapping and evocative music throughout the festival, to entertain and charm all who hear them.
Exhibitors will range from scrummy foodie stands, artisan craft makers to gardening and wildlife exhibitors.
The theme this year is ‘If we nurture nature, then nature will nurture us’, reflecting on our passions and connections and in turn helping the planet.
The festival has seen 3000 visitors in the past and now showcases as a charity event with all proceeds going to St Michaels Hospice, a much loved local charity, and Back to the Wild, which delivers woodland experiences for young people in need.
