Stella Holt, owner of Eating Out With Food Allergies Consultancy (EOWFA), is passionate about providing safe dining experiences for people suffering from food allergies, coeliac disease and EGIDs (Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders), thus, EOWFA was born!
Stella trained in the hotel and catering industry in the early 1980s, and has worked both as a chef and front of house throughout the years until recently, when she was diagnosed with a rare condition that prevents her from eating a wide range of foods.
Having had to leave the working kitchen, it seemed that the logical move was into consultancy. With experience of both sides of catering, and personal experiences, Stella has an exceptional understanding of the difficulties faced by both the industry, and the diners.
