    Hop Pocket Shopping Village is a vast amazing and unique collection of independent shops.

    The Hop Pocket shopping village offers a welcome change to characterless out-of-town locations and an alternative to the High Street. Set on a large site at the base of Fromes Hill on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border, it is a real year-round destination where you will always find a huge range of shops and great gifts.  it is the perfect venue for meeting friends, a family day out or simply an indulgent day-trip, ample onsite parking makes this an easily accessible location for a full day out and a most enjoyable way to take home something different.

    First started as a small shop in 1988, the gift shop is now twenty times its original size. An ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ or ‘Little Harrods’ with a large range of items, from handmade crafts to gifts of all sizes and value. You can even buy your very own Hop Garland or have one delivered!

    The Food Hall stocks fine and wonderful things to eat and drink, with a focus on amazing local suppliers including free range eggs, meat, chocolate, fudge, crisps and ice cream complementing the local preserves, beer, cider, wines, gins & liqueurs that the Hop Pocket is so well known for. There is fresh meat and pies from Wallers Butchers, fresh bread and pastries from Peter Cook’s bread, as well as fruit and vegetables, cheeses, smoked fish and pates. Everything to make your mouth water!

    The Hop Pocket Garden Centre has an astonishing range of plants­, many locally grown. alongside a mesmerising selection of quality outdoor gifts, tools and wild life products. Also, the largest selection of wind chimes that you’ll probably ever see.

    As well as all this you will also find these fantastic brands offering really good quality and sometimes unusual gifts Wyestyles clothing, Koko Footwear, Meyer and Marsh furniture and interiors, Greenstage Gallery, Unusual Lighting Company, Clusters Emporium, Rebecca Claire Hair & Wellness Salon and a traditional Toy Shop.

    In the café everything is prepared fresh, from scratch in by Sue the cook. Dishes range from freshly cut sandwiches, quiches & soups to full lunches like cottage pie and lasagne. On most days you will find 10 different types of homemade cake on offer from Victoria Sandwich to Carrot Cake, and Gluten Free Flapjack to Almond Slice and maybe Rocky Road.

    Sunday Roast is made with fresh vegetables, traditional homemade gravy served separately and a vegetarian option.

    There is a large amount of socially spaced seating in the family restaurant and child and toddler portions are available for smaller appetites.

    There is also a fantastic play area for the little ones.

    Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10.30am until 4pm

    Closed Mondays, Open Bank Holiday Mondays, Open Easter Sunday

    Open every day from November until Christmas Eve.
