Pensons are looking for a Chef de Partie to join Head Chef Chris Simpson and their team as they continue to grow their restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with Chris, be part of a small, fun, dynamic team and learn more about the benefits of working with produce grown in the kitchen garden and local area.
Pensons is an ingredient-led, Michelin-star restaurant, that celebrates the very best that the local area has to offer. They passionately believe that great cooking starts with the quality, seasonality and freshness of the ingredients you use.  So, they grow or forage as many of the vegetables, herbs and fruit as they can ourselves and this will increase as their gardens develop over time.  They source their meat from carefully selected local butchers and farmers to ensure the highest quality produce that has been grass-fed and reared outside.  And their fish comes from boats in Cornwall using sustainable fishing methods and is delivered fresh to them overnight.
