This is an exciting opportunity to start a food hall from the ground up at the Hop Pocket Shopping Village, Bishops Frome. Your responsibilities would include leading the food hall, sourcing and ordering stock, forming relationships with suppliers, supervision of staff, being aware of profit, sales, loss and wastage, delivering high levels of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene. You could also have a say in the products we stock along with the arrangement and style of the space overall. You should have experience in a food lead job, either as a main cook or manager of a farm shop, food hall or restaurant/café environment. THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job Title: Weekend Caretaker at Oaker Wood Oaker Wood near Kingsland, Leominster are looking for a Weekend Caretaker at their Woodland Activity Site. The position is temporary for the summer season (April – October). The position entails staying on site either for a full weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday midday), or for a partial weekend (Friday afternoon to Saturday midday or Saturday 4pm to Sunday Midday) to look after/ be on call for guests staying in the 2 Glamping Villages. Each Glamping Village is rented out exclusively to groups of between 12 and 40 people – generally stag & hen groups, family groups or junior sports tours.
