The New Inn at St Owens Cross are looking for a full time Sous Chef.
Full time, 3 days a week off, kitchen closed Sunday evening.
We are looking for a chef that is passionate, committed and dynamic, as our menu’s are constantly evolving.
Our kitchen is professional, fast paced and aspirational.
The successful candidate will be entering a kitchen that is focused on delivering high quality food in a demanding but controlled environment.
Originally a 16th-Century coaching inn, The New Inn celebrates the rich farming heritage of rural Herefordshire. The menu is inspired by local flavours, using seasonal ingredients from local producers. Inside, the pub exudes warmth, with roaring fires, cosy booths and lots of original features, creating a stylish yet relaxed environment.
