Gardner Hall, part of the Royal National College in Hereford opens up its doors with great party facilities and accommodation.
“Party with us – support a great local cause!
The past few months have been a very exciting time for Gardner Hall. We’ve recently teamed up with award winning catering company Baxter Storey, who have come in with a host of new ideas. We are working with them to develop mouth-watering menus for guests and we are hoping to host an Autumn taster open day in the coming months to demonstrate what we can do.
Gardner Hall’s main function room, The Norwood Room, connects with the often sun kissed Orangery area. The Orangery includes a licensed bar and access to the outside terrace, which leads on to the large Queen’s lawn, a perfect space for larger events and functions on a Summer’s afternoon or evening.
Our events team here love hosting parties, wedding receptions parties, wedding receptions and any other special occasion you may have in mind. With 21 fully accessible, en suite rooms on the upper floors available all year, you and your guests can party late with no worries about driving home! We always aim to make your event everything you have dreamed of, plus a little bit more.
In addition to Gardner Hall we have a host of alternative accommodation for hire outside term time. With 185 rooms available on campus we are happy to welcome large and small groups – the communal living areas make the accommodation ideal for families or special interest groups.
We regularly welcome England Blind and Deaf football squads and other teams for training camps and competitions. We host national and international sports events such as the Blind Football European Championships, here in 2015.
Room hire can be on a full or self-catered basis with most special dietary needs met, enabling us to tailor for your cultural or sports specific requirements.
Best of all for me, is that income generated via Gardner Hall and campus accommodation goes towards helping the students at The Royal National College. Having worked here for the last seven years the stellar work the staff do to encourage independence and provide opportunities to visually impaired students here never ceases to amaze me.
We would love to hear from you this summer. If you would like to get in touch, you can reach us at 01432 376 635 or gardner@rnc.ac.uk.
Best Wishes, Sean and the Gardner Hall team”
