Spin For HOPE at Labels

Spin For Hope at Labels is taking place at 21 Wellbeing, (the new revitalizing side to labels), and is a sponsored 12 hour cycle in aid of HOPE support Services.

We are aiming to cycle continuously for an impressive 12 hours, using our NEW state of the art techonogym spin bikes, here at 21 Wellbeing, at Labels. We are inviting members of the public to sign up and take part, as individuals or as a team alongside our expert trainers Dana and Jen and our ambassador Dan. Also taking part will be some of the young people who have accessed support through HOPE. Each participant will receive a goody bag for taking part but most importantly know that they are raising money for this amazing charity.

You can sign up for either 30 minutes or an hour, and each session will feature a fun mix of disco music and of course be nice and easy. Serious cyclists will wan to sign up for the last hour, where they can challenge our trainers to how far they can spin n 60 minutes.

The event will be raising funds for HOPE support services based in Ross on Wye.

Since 2009, Hope has supported young people right here in Herefordshire when a loved one is diagnosed with a serious illness like cancer or Covid-19. They support young people aged 5-25 in the county through their face-to-face service, and also offer a digital service to young people aged 11-25 across the UK.

The event will happen in the Gateway Cinema, which currently hosts our Group Cycle classes.  These Classes use state of the art Technogym cycles, with expert performance data, together with cinema wide graphics, for an immersive exercise experience. Currently we offer these classes to book through the “my wellness” app.  Classes are not tied into a membership, and can be booked individually or as part of our special deals for multiple sessions.
