Closet Yoga Lunch Club at Lyde Arundel
Start 2018 as you mean to go on for a Closet Yoga Lunch Club at Lyde Arundel in the beautiful Haywain Bar for a couple of hours of self-love.
Proceedings will start with an invigorating 60 minute power yoga class taught by the wonderful Rose Rocca (Limitless Yoga). While you relax in savasana you will be guided through a 20 minute yoga nidra meditation. This is where you can truly take a well-deserved rest, and set your sankalpa (intention or resolve) for the year to come.
A delicious, nutritious vegetarian (vegan options are available) lunch will follow, personally created by the celebrated local talent of the Sensory & Rye chefs.
Rose Rocca graduated with a BSAS in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from Youngstown State University in Ohio USA. Her past accolades include Pro-Fitness title holder in NABBA/ABA Miss Fitness Southern California and Miss Figure Los Angeles in 2001. She completed her 200 hr RYT teacher training at Studio Oxygen and teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga (Baron Baptiste inspired) throughout the USA and UK since 2012.
Sensory & Rye prides itself on providing great food using fresh local ingredients with a focus on flavour. The menu will be tailored specifically for this event, so you will be in for a real treat!
