Festival of the Forest

The Friends of Mortimer Forest charity is hosting the Festival of the Forest which returns this year to celebrates this special place on the South Shropshire and North Herefordshire border. A fun day out for all the family.

The festival will take place within this unique landscape on Saturday 13 July 2024 from 10-4pm at Monstay Farm just outside Ludlow, Shropshire.

The festival will include traditional woodland craft demonstrations, arena events, trade stands, plant sales, a vintage tractor display, various stalls, children’s activities, food and drink.

The woodland crafts will include green woodworking, weaving, pottery, longbow making and more. There will also several charities showcasing their work and projects.

Tickets on sale on the door: adults £5, children under 12 are free. Parking on site is free and camping at Monstay Farm is available.
