Heritage Open Days FREE Guided Walks of Hereford

Hereford City’s Guild of Guides will guide you around the Historic City of Hereford and it’s varied architecture. Take time to reflect on its growth & development through the ages – Medieval, Jacobean, Georgian, Victorian and Modern Day.

The guide leaders will show you city’s architectural heritage, from the classical Shire Hall & the Baroque Town Hall to one of the oldest timbered halls in England. See examples of architectural recycling, consider the story of “the house that moved” and give a flavour of the fascinating history of Hereford city along the way.

The walk takes 60 – 90 minutes and is FREE in this one-off special celebration of Heritage.
