Perry Fest at The Museum of Cider

The Museum of Cider in Hereford will host Perry Fest on Saturday 4 October 2025, from 11am to 6pm, celebrating Herefordshire’s rich Perry-making heritage. For one day only, the museum will transform into the Museum of Perry, paying tribute to this historic and uniquely regional drink.

Organised in partnership with the Three Counties Cider and Perry Association, the event will shine a spotlight on Perry—a rare and traditional beverage made from pears. Visitors can look forward to expert-led tastings, engaging talks, and informative displays exploring Perry’s deep-rooted connection to the region’s identity.

The festival promises a vibrant atmosphere with live music, local food vendors, a CAMRA bar, and a well-stocked shop. Families and enthusiasts alike can enjoy craft activities, try their hand at board games with the Hereford Boardgamers, or take on the pop-up skittle alley in the museum’s cider cellars.

Admission to the museum will be free of charge throughout the day, making it a perfect opportunity for Perry lovers and the wider community to come together and celebrate this unique part of Herefordshire’s cultural heritage.
