Sacred Creatures – Marginalia Page

Make a ‘marginalia’ page, incorporating collaged images of animals and humans, text and using mixed media to add colour, creating a beautiful medieval inspired artwork at Hereford Cathedral.

Sacred Creatures is the latest exhibition in the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library at Hereford Cathedral is a site specific exhibition by Jeanette McCulloch MA(RCA), that explores the relationship between humans and animals with a focus on British wildlife.

The artwork intertwines images found within the cathedral’s library with Jeanette’s unique interpretations of the bond we have with animals.
