If you’re looking for the ultimate foodie day out this summer, Three Counties Food and Drink Festival has it all. Taking place over the weekend of 26–27 July at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, the festival offers a packed programme of foodie entertainment and activities for all ages.
The Cookery Theatre will host great name TV chefs offering top tips and live demos. Guest chefs this year include none other than, Chef and Co presenter of Sunday Brunch Simon Rimmer, TV Judge on Bake Off The Professionals Cherish Finden and Italian Chef and content creator Francesco Mattana on Saturday 26th July. Taking to the stage on Sunday 27th July is MasterChef 2024 Champion Brin Pirathapan, Jane Dunn food writer, blogger and photographer of Jane’s Patisserie and Bake Off 2024 favourite Nelly Ghaffar – access to the cookery theatre is included in the ticket price.
There are some tasty new workshops this year all bookable with your ticket. Treat your tastebuds to a Charcuterie Tasting Experience with Bray Cured, explore everything from the classics to bold Modern British fusions. Maybe unleash your inner artist at the Creative Cupcake Decorating Workshops—learn to pipe stunning buttercream flowers and take home your sweet creations. And for gin lovers, Hentony Gin Tasting, sip, savour, and compare notes on a selection of expertly crafted gins.
Children can roll up their sleeves, don an apron and get making foodie treats including delicious ice cream, yummy rocky road, cheese, and fruity apple crumble. The Kid’s Cookery School is a festival favourite, and places fill quickly – be sure to get there early to book a space. There will be award-winning art and creative play classes for toddlers and children to sensory fun for babies – these sessions are free to take part along with learning circus skills—from juggling to plate-spinning. The festival has other payable activities – enjoy hands-on fun with archery, bungee trampoline and more.
New for 2025 and generating some serious heat, Master of Smoky Flavours, Big Nath at the Weber BBQ stage. Get serious summer BBQ tips and make sure your summer alfresco party is grillicious!
Also new for 2025, Master Wood Sculptor Mike Burgess armed with chainsaws and power tools, will transform locally sourced trees and logs into works of art.
Soak up the festival atmosphere with fabulous live music, mouth-watering street food, refreshing drinks and cocktails, and over 170 stalls offering delicious produce, handcrafted gifts, and unique crafts. This year’s festival offers a great weekend for the whole family.

Saturday 26th July Highlights
Simon Rimmer, beloved co-presenter of Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, will showcase his expert cooking skills. With five published cookbooks and a popular podcast, Grilling, Simon brings a wealth of experience and charm to the stage.
Cherish Finden, the formidable judge from Bake Off: The Professionals, will dazzle with her artistic patisserie creations. Known for her precision and flair, Cherish is a must-see for dessert lovers.
Francesco Mattana, leading Italian chef and sustainability advocate, will share his passion for traditional Sardinian cooking and reducing food waste. With over 840k followers and a book in the works, Francesco’s demo is sure to inspire.
TV presenter Chris Bavin will host the Cookery Theatre throughout the weekend, engaging with chefs and audiences alike.
Sunday 27th July Guest Chefs
Jane Dunn, the powerhouse behind Jane’s Patisserie, brings her baking brilliance to the stage. With 2.5 million followers and four Sunday Times No.1 bestsellers, Jane’s sweet treats are not to be missed.
Brin Pirathapan, MasterChef 2024 Champion, will showcase his journey from veterinary surgeon to fine dining chef. Expect a blend of home-style comfort and elevated cuisine.
Nelly, fan-favourite from The Great British Bake Off, brings her infectious energy and heartfelt storytelling to the festival. With over 300k followers, Nelly continues to inspire with her baking and advocacy.
