Autumn Yoga Retreat at Hellens Manor

Nestled into the rural Herefordshire landscape Hellens is a manor house and home with many barns, stables and other buildings beautifully collected in extensive and interesting gardens. We will stay in the Georgian Stables and practise yoga in the Haywain Barn and be free to roam in any of the grounds.

We will meet for tea and yoga at 10:00 am on the Saturday and say farewell on Sunday at 16:30pm giving us 2 full days together.

We will bring and share our first lunch together and make our own breakfast. A simple evening meal on Saturday and Sunday lunch will be provided.

There will be a full schedule of yoga, meditation, nidra, mudra and sharing circle with plenty of time for walking and exploring the extensive grounds at Hellens and the footpaths beyond.
