Coppicing and Wreath Making at Hellens

Join in the seasonal fun at Hellens Manor as you learn to create a coppice willow and create beautiful, festive wreaths.

You will learn how to coppice willow from our Hellens own reed beds, and to create wreaths using the withies. You will collect natural materials from the wonderful gardens and grounds at Hellens, with which to decorate the wreaths.

A warming lunch of hearty soup and fresh bread will be provided. Warm clothes, some secateurs and plenty of creativity is all you need to take.
