Newton Court Cider and Food Pairing Feast

At the height of Spring time, Saturday 18 May 6.30pm, join Newton Court for a 4 course evening menu, with an aperitif and a cider or perry matched with each course.  Hosted by Ciderologist Gabe Cook of magnificent moustache, Sunday Brunch and all round cider renown, who will inform and fascinate with tales and facts about orchards, apples, cider, perry, the old ways and how food and cider match so well.

Head Chef Gavin Morgan has devised a menu to work alongside Gabe’s drinks choices showcasing local producers and some exciting elements from Newton Court Farm.

From inside Newton Court lovely views are afforded to Knowl Orchard where the May time blossoms abound on our apple and pear trees.  The evening will be relaxed with plenty of time for chatting at your table as well as Gabe’s descriptions and tastings.  Take a stroll in the orchard if weather and inclination permit.
