Newton Court Steak Night

At Newton Court, they understand that a memorable steak experience begins long before it reaches your plate. Their background in farming, coupled with their own herd of Hereford cattle, ensures that the beef is carefully reared, expertly butchered, and perfectly aged. Head Chef Gavin Morgan collaborates with local butchers to source the finest sirloin, rump, and fillet cuts, which will be cooked to order.

Start with a sharing platter, or your own starter.  The steak might be the centrepiece but the sides are oh-so important too.

All the steaks will be served with roasted vine cherry tomatoes, field mushroom and a choice of potatoes. Buttered French beans with toasted almonds, crispy onion fritters and rocket and tomato salad are some of the sides.  Add a serving of sauce such as peppercorn, blue cheese or Bearnaise.  If you like some surf with your turf, choose chilli and garlic king prawns.
