Rosemaund Distillery
Whisky Distillery & Experiences
Rosemaund Distillery is ready to open its doors to visitors once again. Join the Chase family to explore their whisky journey – from field to glass. Rosemaund Farm has been home to the Chase farming family since 2007. In 2008, brothers James and Harry Chase, along with their father, William, launched Chase Distillery on the family’s land and became global pioneers, leading the revival of the gin category.
Their award-winning spirits were made using produce grown on the family farm, where the distillery was located. Now, many years later, the family has returned to the distillery and is welcoming guests for Rosemaund Whisky Tours & WildKitchen Dining Experiences.
Whisky Tours & Dining Experiences – Selected Dates
Guests are invited for a guided tour and tasting, followed by a fire-cooked WildKitchen lunch, prepared by former MasterChef: The Professionals contestant, Callum McDonald from the award-winning The Bookshop in Hereford, celebrating the best of Herefordshire produce.
Visits begin inside the distillery – where traditional copper stills meet modern regenerative farming. You’ll see how the Rosemaund team crafts the whisky from the grain grown in the fields, matured beside the apple orchards that shape its character.
After the tour, settle in for lunch in the WildKitchen – a space set within the heart of the farm, surrounded by orchards and meadows. Each menu is seasonal and ingredient-led, featuring produce grown, reared, or foraged within a few miles of the distillery. Expect simple, generous cooking over fire, paired with house spirits and a glass or two of something local.
The WildKitchen concept was created by Rosemaund’s creative collaborator, British film director, Guy Ritchie. The idea of the WildTable was first conceived by Ritchie in 2015 at his Ashcombe Estate. After years of refining numerous prototypes and a cameo in The Gentlemen, The WildKitchen represents a revolution in the outdoor-living experience and offers the possibility to enjoy al fresco dining all year round – a perfect addition to the Rosemaund Farm distillery and its philosophy.
Herefordshire is a county defined by its landscape – rolling farmland, cider apples, and a culture of honest, slow-grown food. The dining experiences celebrate that – an afternoon of good company, great produce, and a rare glimpse into the craft and place behind Rosemaund Farm Whisky.
