The award‑winning Beefy Boys are firing up the coals once again as they launch their brand‑new book, a bold, flavour‑packed mission to reclaim the Great British BBQ.
Forget soggy sausages, burnt burgers and barbecuing under a brolly. The Beefy Boys are here to prove that British BBQ can be done properly. This ultimate guide to live‑fire cooking shows how to master the flames whatever the weather, with confidence, creativity and serious flavour.

Packed with mouth‑watering recipes, the book covers everything from smoky roasts and low‑and‑slow ribs to chops, steaks and, of course, the legendary Beefy Boys burgers. Drawing inspiration from Britain’s long tradition of cooking over fire, alongside the global culinary influences that shape modern British food, it’s a book designed for all tastes, appetites and skill levels.
Come rain or shine, this is an invitation to cook up a storm in the comfort of your own backyard (umbrella optional).
