The Beefy Boys — Anthony Murphy, Daniel Mayo‑Evans, Christian Williams and Lee Symonds, began their journey with a food truck and pop‑ups before growing into a much‑loved restaurant group with locations in Hereford, Shrewsbury, Cheltenham, Bath and Oxford.
